The Zstor HA224NVSA is a high available and redundant all-NMVe storage appliance, delivering up to 720TB of NVMe Gen4 capacity with high speed network interfaces. TrueNAS Scale provides a unified storage operating system, and is combined with RSF-1 for high availability.  

Each of the two redundant controller node has access to all 24 NVMe drives in a non-blocking architecture. The HA224NVSA is a dense high availability solution that provides the ultimate storage performance in a small package. As a fail-safe CiB solution that supports high-speed networking and multiple storage protocols, the Zstor HA224NVSA storage appliance offers the best hardware for software-defined storage solutions. It alleviates job pipeline congestion, a common limitation caused by I/O bottlenecks in many highperformance applications, such as edge computing storage, analytics, machine learning, AI, OLTP databases, high frequency trading, as well as modeling, simulation, scientific research, and other HPC use cases.

TrueNAS Scale

High-Availability RSF-1

RSF 1 High Availability LogoRSF-1 for ZFS is a fully featured software-only middleware product that turns TrueNAS into highly available ZFS cluster appliance, which can be installed and ready for enterprise use within minutes. Active-active configurations, secure data fencing and stateful heartbeats secure a stable and enterprise-grade infrastructure while upgrades without downtime and feature rich management provide a resilient functionality.

High Performance

Dapustor SSD NVMe Enterprise LogoThe use of NVMe namespaces allows to utilize the full performance potential in an active-active cluster configuration. Tests with DapuStor Roealsen5 R5100D drives showed an outstanding throughput and I/O performance.

Additionaly, the amalgamation of AMD EPYC processors, NVMe drives, and Nvidia Networking Ethernet/Infiniband adapters propels a high-performance, non-blocking switchless PCIe 4.0 layout. This design mitigates congestion, ensuring superior virtualization efficiency, resource orchestration, and enhanced system and data protection.

Flexible Network Configuration

With speeds reaching up to 200 Gbit per port and supporting up to 8 ports per node, ample bandwidth for high-performance NVMe storage is ensured.

Applications Failure-free Operation Support

The implementation of power redundancy and a hot-swappable node design enhances operational reliability. The hot-swappable feature extends to all serviceable parts, simplifying maintenance and ensuring uninterrupted functionality.
